I’m a Life Coach and mentor who believes that sometimes we don’t need someone to tell us what to do we need someone who truly listens and helps us see things differently. My journey into coaching began naturally through teaching English conversation. My students often started sharing their relationships, worries, career decisions and personal challenges with me. I realised how much I enjoyed listening, asking thoughtful questions and helping people gain clarity. With 20+ years of professional experience and my own journey through relationships, heartbreak, career changes, rejection, moving countries and starting over, I bring both professional and real-life perspective to my coaching. I support people with relationships, confidence, personal growth, life transitions, difficult decisions and finding their next chapter. My approach is warm, honest, practical and judgment-free.
