Executive, Individual, Team, and Enneagram Coach
I have been coaching since 2002. I acquired an MPhil (Executive Coaching) in 2016 to ensure that I have the necessary academic framework for coaching. I also have a degree in Art Education from the University of Stellenbosch. I studied Psychology at UNISA, and in addition, have completed many courses including Fundamentals of Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), Enneagram Coaching, Spiral Dynamics Integral and Applying Social Media to Business Challenges. I lecture part-time at the University of Stellenbosch Business School in Executive Development. Amongst other Business training (“soft skills”), I specialise in Executive Coaching, Communication and Leadership. I am an Assessor and Moderator and am registered with Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA). My coaching model is based on a combination of different thinking tools, as I believe each client is unique and needs a different approach.
