I'm a Chartered Accountant, an enterpreneur and ICF ACC certified business coach who works closely with owners of growing SMEs. My career has given me an unusual view of business. I've looked at businesses through spreadsheets and financial statements as an auditor at KPMG , built and managed my own manufacturing business in India and Dubai ( Ex-BNI ), and subsequently worked one-to-one with 50+ business owners across industries and geographies with one of Asia's leading business coaching organisations , Rajiv Talreja. As the founder of Vyaas Growth Partners , what I bring is not coaching in isolation, and it isn't traditional consulting either. I combine the analytical discipline of finance, the practical understanding of an operator, and the behavioural side of coaching. What that means is that I can sit with a founder and understand the numbers, but also understand why decisions aren't being taken, why teams aren't taking ownership, or why a strategy that looks perfectly sensible on paper isn't translating into execution.
