Dr. Leon Steyn
Leadership, Career, Life
I help new leaders either preparing for a new leader role or already in the role and needing support to navigate. My USP is that I have extensive experience ranging from maintenance worker to sales to team lead, operations manager all the way to HR Director. I love helping people to peel back the layers hiding their own solutions and witnessing ther AHA! moment. Having grown up in South Africa and worked in Namibia, Botswana, America, Holland, Switzerland and now Germany I easily get on with people from all cultures and backgrounds. I describe myself as a bridge builder between what is and what could be. My academic studies have enabled me to explore in great depth what makes humans tick.
