My approach, Clarity Under Pressure™, draws on two very different schools: five years as an Indian Army officer, and 28 years building Chaque Jour Group from scratch into a pan-India staffing and facility management business across 16 cities — with no inheritance, no outside funding, and plenty of hard lessons.
